Protected Organisational
Acceptance Boundary
What was accepted must remain independently provable.
AI is moving from generation into organisational consequence.
When material produced, interpreted or prepared by AI enters organisational reliance, the question is no longer merely whether the content was right.
And afterwards, one question becomes unavoidable.
What did we actually accept?
Existing controls answer different questions.
Governance, provenance, security, workflow, and audit each address important parts of the problem, but none, by itself, establishes what the organisation actually accepted.
That is the boundary Sasine protects.
This is no longer a future requirement.
AI is already participating in consequential organisational activity.
The security concern is real and increasingly explicit.
The wider need for stronger traceability, accountability and verification is now being acknowledged publicly.
View source letterThe cited letter addresses the broader control environment. It does not endorse Sasine or specifically recognise the Sasine acceptance boundary.
Sasine exists in working technical form.
A working implementation has been built, tested and is independently inspectable.
The claim does not need to be taken on trust.
Technical evidence is available under controlled disclosure.
